For the last few months I have been test driving The Samsung Discover from Cricket. I am not exaggerating when I say that i am really impressed. Great things do come in small packages! The Samsung Discover is Android powered with a 3.5 HGVA touch screen that makes the colors on the screen really pop! It also has an 800 MHz processor and 4 GB of ROM built in memory with the ability to add a micro SD card of up to 32 GB. So you will have plenty of space available. Like I mentioned on a previous post this is a phone best suited for someone who is a novice when it comes to smartphones, It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles that might overwhelm some, the Samsung Discover has just the right balance!
The connectivity on the Discover for the most part was great. Downloads were lighting fast and the clarity of the calls were right on. I did have issues making calls where I live but I do live in the middle of nowhere. Not Cricket's fault. Again I can not be happier with this phone and if you do get it I recommend getting a case for it. This is a very sleek phone and I caught myself almost dropping it a few times. Protect your investment!
Our favorite feature by far is Muve Music! It is a great feature for those of us that can't live without music. Muve allows you to download and listen to your favorite artists' greatest hits for free and unlimited! You can make playlists to fit your mood or activity of the day. Below is my workout playlist. Other carriers that have offered free music downloads in the past have fallen short by offering old songs that you wouldn't be caught dead listening to. Not Cricket. Cricket offers you the latest hits right at your finger tips!
